Huge number of people are trying to lose there weight by slimming down to the  midsection of there stomach. Basically the belly fat is extra abdominal fat surrounding your stomach. Belly fat is the result of taking extra calories and burning it in less amount, intaking of high sugar contents in food also let you to gain extra weight. sometimes the increase in fat takes place due to old age ,In which our metabolism slows down and body fat increases gradually.

People with the belly fat is   the mode of enjoyment for his friends  .Heavy fat in the stomach has number of negative impact in the organs of the body,it will develop no of serious health problems like

Diabetes,high blood pressure,cancer etc.So to keep yourself safe from these type of life harming diseases ,we should need to aware ourselves and take suitable action to reduce belly fat.

Ways to get rid of from Belly fats:

Do Exercise:

Doing exercise in the morning and evening in a proper way like waking, jocking, cycling etc. are very helpful in in loosing belly fat.stationary biking  will also play major role in redusing fat.More exercise will help you to burn more calories.

Healthy diet:

Following healthy diet with low in carbohydrate and high in fibre present in the food like egg ,meat, milk,green vegetables etc we should take care of taking more and more water.

Taking suitable ingredients:

Ingridients lke Ginger root ,lemon,mint leaves,cucumbers etc.are very helpful to loose belly fat.The proper way of taking all four is to add all four in a litre of water and store it for whole night in the refrigerator. Once these ingredients are completely mixed in the water ,drink the water through the day .You can also drink it before breakfast and lunch, you will see the sudden positive changes on your body

Eat breakfast:

It is odd to take breakfast in the morning to reduce fat ,but  the studies shows that taking breakfast after an hour of waking up maintains your insulin level steady and also keeps your cholesterol level lower.

  • Know how to tell when you’re sufficiently hydrated. You’ll know you’re drinking enough water when your urine runs light yellow or almost clear. If it’s darker than a post-it note, drink more.
  • Always try to avoid alcohol.

Take no stress:

Stress also plays major role in your exercises and health , so try not to take stress during your diet period,otherwise it will effect you physically and mentally.

Do Aerobic Exercise (Cardio):

Aerobic exercise (cardio) is an effective way to improve your health and burn calories.

Studies also show that it’s one of the most effective forms of exercise for reducing belly fat. However, results are mixed as to whether moderate-intensity or high-intensity exercise is more beneficial .

In any case, the frequency and duration of your exercise program are more important than its intensity.

One study found that postmenopausal women lost more fat from all areas when they did aerobic exercise for 300 minutes per week, compared to those who exercised 150 minutes per week .

Take Plenty of Night Sleep:

Sleep is important for many aspects of your health, including weight. Studies show that people who don’t get enough sleep tend to gain more weight, which may include belly fat;
